IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal Agreement between you and Online Media Technologies Ltd for the applicable Software Products of Online Media Technologies Ltd. Do not copy, install, or use the Software Products provided under this license agreement ("Agreement"), until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions.

Any reproduction or redistribution of Software Products or any of its components not in accordance with the End-User License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Definitions: Software Products shall mean and include AVS4YOU Software.

AVS4YOU Software shall mean all of the contents of the files (provided either by electronic download, on physical media or any other method of distribution), disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided) which may be found at www.avs4you.com.

AVS4YOU Software is licensed on a per computer basis. Each license purchased is bound to one particular computer and allows using AVS4YOU Software on that single computer. If you install and use or reinstall AVS4YOU software on any other computers you will have to purchase an additional license for each computer. If you change a computer, you will have to purchase an additional license. All updates and upgrades for AVS4YOU Software are free for a user throughout the period of AVS4YOU license validity.

Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of AVS4YOU Software or any of its components are as follows:

You may:

1. Install and use one copy of AVS4YOU Software or any of its components and all upgrades and updates on a single computer for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited).

2. Make one copy of AVS4YOU Software or any of its components for archival purposes on a storage device or media.

3. Use AVS4YOU Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of AVS4YOU Software for each computer that can access AVS4YOU Software over that network for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited). A license for AVS4YOU Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

4. Receive support by e-mail to answer questions and solve problems referred to AVS4YOU Software for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited).

You may not:

1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of AVS4YOU Software except as provided for in this License.

2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from AVS4YOU Software.

3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on AVS4YOU Software (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation).

4. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign AVS4YOU Software or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.

5. Separate AVS4YOU Software component parts for use on more than one computer.

6. Distribute the license key in any way.

7. Make any attempt to discover the source code of AVS4YOU Software.

     So as a user before we use their software applications we need to read the terms and agreements of any software applications before we use their software applications. So we know what they said in their terms and agreements so in that time we decide if we accept their software or not. And not only for the software applications we need to read the terms and agreements it can be in other things like if we signed a contract we need to read in what said in the contract before we signed it. We need to read it before we use.

911 Attack

On September 11, 2001, at 8:45 a.m. on a clear Tuesday morning, an American Airlines Boeing 767 loaded with 20,000 gallons of jet fuel crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center in New York City. The impact left a gaping, burning hole near the 80th floor of the 110-story skyscraper, instantly killing hundreds of people and trapping hundreds more in higher floors. As the evacuation of the tower and its twin got underway, television cameras broadcasted live images of what initially appeared to be a freak accident. Then, 18 minutes after the first plane hit, a second Boeing 767–United Airlines Flight 175–appeared out of the sky, turned sharply toward the World Trade Center and sliced into the south tower near the 60th floor. The collision caused a massive explosion that showered burning debris over surrounding buildings and the streets below. America was under attack.

The attackers were Islamic terrorists from Saudi Arabia and several other Arab nations. Reportedly financed by Saudi fugitive Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda terrorist organization, they were allegedly acting in retaliation for America's support of Israel, its involvement in the Persian Gulf War and its continued military presence in the Middle East. Some of the terrorists had lived in the United States for more than a year and had taken flying lessons at American commercial flight schools. Others had slipped into the country in the months before September 11 and acted as the "muscle" in the operation. The 19 terrorists easily smuggled box-cutters and knives through security at three East Coast airports and boarded four flights bound for California, chosen because the planes were loaded with fuel for the long transcontinental journey. Soon after takeoff, the terrorists commandeered the four planes and took the controls, transforming ordinary commuter jets into guided missiles.

As millions watched the events unfolding in New York, American Airlines Flight 77 circled over downtown Washington, D.C., and slammed into the west side of the Pentagon military headquarters at 9:45 a.m. Jet fuel from the Boeing 757 caused a devastating inferno that led to the structural collapse of a portion of the giant concrete building. All told, 125 military personnel and civilians were killed in the Pentagon, along with all 64 people aboard the airliner.

Less than 15 minutes after the terrorists struck the nerve center of the U.S. military, the horror in New York took a catastrophic turn for the worse when the south tower of the World Trade Center collapsed in a massive cloud of dust and smoke. The structural steel of the skyscraper, built to withstand winds in excess of 200 miles per hour and a large conventional fire, could not withstand the tremendous heat generated by the burning jet fuel. At 10:30 a.m., the other Trade Center tower collapsed. Close to 3,000 people died in the World Trade Center and its vicinity, including a staggering 343 firefighters and paramedics, 23 New York City police officers and 37 Port Authority police officers who were struggling to complete an evacuation of the buildings and save the office workers trapped on higher floors. Only six people in the World Trade Center towers at the time of their collapse survived. Almost 10,000 others were treated for injuries, many severe.

Meanwhile, a fourth California-bound plane–United Flight 93–was hijacked about 40 minutes after leaving Newark International Airport in New Jersey. Because the plane had been delayed in taking off, passengers on board learned of events in New York and Washington via cell phone and Airfone calls to the ground. Knowing that the aircraft was not returning to an airport as the hijackers claimed, a group of passengers and flight attendants planned an insurrection. One of the passengers, Thomas Burnett Jr., told his wife over the phone that "I know we're all going to die. There's three of us who are going to do something about it. I love you, honey." Another passenger–Todd Beamer–was heard saying "Are you guys ready? Let's roll" over an open line. Sandy Bradshaw, a flight attendant, called her husband and explained that she had slipped into a galley and was filling pitchers with boiling water. Her last words to him were "Everyone's running to first class. I've got to go. Bye."

The passengers fought the four hijackers and are suspected to have attacked the cockpit with a fire extinguisher. The plane then flipped over and sped toward the ground at upwards of 500 miles per hour, crashing in a rural field in western Pennsylvania at 10:10 a.m. All 45 people aboard were killed. Its intended target is not known, but theories include the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland or one of several nuclear power plants along the eastern seaboard.

At 7 p.m., President George W. Bush, who had spent the day being shuttled around the country because of security concerns, returned to the White House. At 9 p.m., he delivered a televised address from the Oval Office, declaring, "Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts shatter steel, but they cannot dent the steel of American resolve." In a reference to the eventual U.S. military response he declared, "We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them."

Operation Enduring Freedom, the American-led international effort to oust the Taliban regime in Afghanistan and destroy Osama bin Laden's terrorist network based there, began on October 7. Within two months, U.S. forces had effectively removed the Taliban from operational power, but the war continued, as U.S. and coalition forces attempted to defeat a Taliban insurgency campaign based in neighboring Pakistan. Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind the September 11th attacks, remained at large until May 2, 2011, when he was finally tracked down and killed by U.S. forces at a hideout in Abbottabad, Pakistan. In June 2011, President Barack Obama announced the beginning of large-scale troop withdrawals from Afghanistan, with a final withdrawal of U.S. forces tentatively scheduled for 2014.

 POINT OF VIEW:

The 9/11 attack issue happened last 10 years in United States and it is one of the most tragic event written in the history. It killed thousands of people and destroyed establishment like the World trade center. And we cannot image that less than an hour the building are destroyed. So that some people heard the news could not believe because United States is have an advanced technology and they protected. And some are shock and tears and fear what happen.

We hope that we established the legacy of 9/11 attack is not government official’s performance that give us reason to come up to that suspecting that they deal with the terrorist and even now a days. And without doubt and right for the nation, and remember those who lost their lives on that shocking and tragic day, when terrorist produced death and devastations on American with their surprise attack.

And the other reason why it happen because they are confidence of their computer security that no one can hack their data. And nobody will harm them. And also they need to develop the effective identity of the network management to don’t let the non-authorize to get the data easily. So now this tragic event gives us lesson although we have an advanced technology but we should not be confidence because there are people much better for us.

911 ATTACK ! HAPPENED IN NEWYORK CITY, U.S.A

Unfortunately, there were no many survivors to find: Two firemen were pulled from their truck in a cavity beneath some wreckage, and a few people were pinned at the edges of the pile. By September 12, workers had rescued all of the people who were trapped at the site. After that, the Ground Zero workers had a new and more heartbreaking mission: to sift carefully through the debris in search of human remains. The fallen buildings were unstable, and engineers worried that the weight of trucks and cranes would cause the wreckage to shift and collapse again, so the workers had to keep using the bucket brigades. Meanwhile, huge fires continued to burn at the center of the pile. Jagged, sharp pieces of iron and steel were everywhere. The work was so dangerous that many firefighters and police officers wrote their names and phone numbers on their forearms in case they fell into the hole or were crushed.

Eventually, the pile stabilized enough that construction crews could start using excavators and other heavy equipment. Ironworkers hung from tall cranes and cut the buildings down, one reporter said, "like trees." Structural engineers worked to reinforce the giant concrete "bathtub" that formed the two-by-four-block foundation of the buildings and protected it from flooding by the Hudson River. And crews built roads across the site to make it easier to haul away the debris. (By May 2002, when the cleanup officially ended, workers had moved more than 108,000 truckloads–1.8 million tons–of rubble to a Staten Island landfill.) But the site was still dangerous. Underground fires continued to burn for months. Every time a crane moved a large chunk of debris, the sudden rush of oxygen intensified the flames. Downtown Manhattan reeked of smoke and burning rubber, plastic and steel.

MY POINT OF VIEW:

In fact, the site was awash in harmful fumes and toxic dust. Especially in the days immediately after the towers fell, when investigators estimated that only 20 percent of the workers at the site had masks that would protect their lungs, the air was filled with diesel exhaust, pulverized cement, glass fibers, asbestos, silica, benzene from the jet fuel and lead. On September 11 alone more than 300 workers sought treatment for eye and respiratory problems caused by the pollutants in the air. Soon the official workers at Ground Zero received masks and other protective gear, but volunteers and other workers–like the day laborers and undocumented workers who were hired to clean the dust from nearby office buildings–simply covered their faces with bandannas and hoped for the best.

This happenings cause too much exhausted to those people involved. Many lives are wasted . People suffer from losing their families and love ones. The buildings also been damage. And laborers and workers protecting their selves from it. The thing we can avail to this is just lets help and cooperate one another for building up again . Life must go on and lets just start a new one. New life and world peace!

POINT OF VIEW:

The 9/11 attacks that happened eight years ago were tragic on many levels, especially the personal levels for many thousands of people. With the New York financial markets as one of the primary targets, the terrorist attacks for the technology infrastructure that underpins much of our modern society. This attack is very tragedy that happens in the U.S because killing hundreds of people in that attack.

The camp of Osama bin Laden's they planned already to attack the US. I think his goal is to intimidate the US and provoke a popular reaction leading to American withdrawal from the Middle East. The US attacked because al-Qaeda was and is engaged in an effort to transform the Muslim world after their extreme and mythic vision of it, and the United States supports several Muslim Arab just like a Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and others) that stand in their way. They attacked the “far enemy” to get at the “near enemy”.

The other reason I think that before the attack their computer security is not secured. They are confidence that nobody will get or hack the data in their computers. But for their confidence that nobody will attack them because they believe that they live in the far place. And nobody will harm them. Because of their lack in the security for their computer especially for the data. They need to develop the effective identity of the network management to don’t let the non-authorize to get the data easily.  And also they need to have a backup for their computer for the security for their data. Just as the need to allow emergency response teams to communicate is the need for government security organizations to share data is now needed.

911 ATTACK

The September 11, 2001, attacks were simultaneous terrorist attacks upon the United States of America on the morning of September 11, 2001. Nineteen members of the al-Qaeda terrorist network hijacked four commercial airliners, crashing two into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City and one into the Pentagon in Virginia. The fourth plane crashed in rural Pennsylvania; its target may have been the U.S. Capitol or the White House. It was the worst terrorist attack in the history of the United States,[1] and indeed incurred more casualties than at the surprise attack at the Battle of Pearl Harbor.

The four hijackings were timed to be simultaneous. "Muscle men" overpowered and killed stewards and pilots with box cutters smuggled past airport security, while the new pilots turned off the transponders needed for air traffic control, and flew the planes, each loaded with over 20,000 gallons of fuel, toward the targets.

The four flights involved were:

United Airlines Flight 175 first behaved abnormally, from the perspective of the air traffic control system, at 8:42.[4] It hit the World Trade Center South Tower at 9:03, flown by Marwan al Shehhi.

American Airlines Flight 77 hit the Pentagon at 9:37, piloted by Nawafal Hazmi.   
 United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in a field in Pennsylvania at 10:03, after a struggle with passengers, flown by Ziad Jarrah.

PLANNING OF THE ATTACKS

The idea for the attacks came from Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who first presented it to Osama bin Laden in 1996.In December 1998, the CIA's Counterterrorist Center reported to President Bill Clinton that al-Qaeda was preparing for attacks in the U.S. that might include hijacking aircraft.In late 1998 or early 1999, bin Laden gave approval for Mohammed to go forward with organizing the plot. A series of meetings occurred in early 1999, involving Mohammed, bin Laden, and his deputy Mohammed Atef.Atef provided operational support for the plot, including target selections and helping arrange travel 
for the hijackers.Bin Laden provided leadership and financial support for the plot, and was involved in selecting participants.
 

INFILTRATING THE HIJACKERS

The key hijackers entered the United States legally in 2000. Two of the 19 and possibly 11 others presented fraudulently altered passports when they entered the United States. Mohammed al-Qahtani, who was refused admittance by U.S. immigration officials in August 2001, was identified by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed as the probably 20th hijacker, although some reports suggest he was intended for a follow-up attack. U.S. intelligence appears to accept that al-Qahtani, captured in Pakistan, and an admitted al-Qaida member, knew he was going into the U.S. for a suicide attack, but did not have specific prior knowledge of the exact attack.

POINT OF VIEW:

All of us knew that United States is one of the leading and most popular secured country but how comes those hijackers who brought cutter box knives on the airport were not detected during the checkpoint screening if that airport was surrounded with many well trained  security and equipped CCTV cameras.

Because of this terrible tragedy many people lives are gone and towers were badly hit by the planes that cause great destruction and serious damage to the economy which had a significant impact on global markets. When we heard United States most people react the same way that they are prosperous, influential and modernized country. Because of its advanced technology everywhere is monitored on computers for the security of everyone. But this country once failed when dreadful attack occurred on their place and no one expect it will happen to them because nobody detects this horrible plot of terrorist. That’s why shocked, dead and devastated spread over that day. Because United States is known of most powerful country they have strong confidence to say that everything is fine and secured. But one thing they don’t know that there is greater than them which are beyond to their expectation.

911 attacks is somewhat disastrous event in the United States in which this news is world wide spread for it was unbelievable incidence in this country that even I was shocked by this great devastation done by the hijackers led by one person named Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who made this awful plot against the United States
